The company is owned by Sheikh Waleed Al Dera and Mr Abdurrahman Al Attar. Both parties have known each other for many years and through a series of joint ventures both in Dubai and several locations in Saudi Arabia it became a natural progression that the partnership was formed and through an aggressive expansion program has become a leading property developer in both countries.
